Adam Halstead
Adam Halstead is the principal solicitor of the firm and an experienced advocate in litigation, criminal law and government appeals. Adam appears for clients in state and federal courts, administrative and review tribunals as well as commissions of inquiry. He currently holds appointments to a federal government appeals tribunal, several local government conduct review panels and is also a Public Notary.
Glenn Wright
Consultant counsel to the firm, Glenn Wright, is a senior litigator with over 20 years experience in large and mid-tier firms, boutique practices and government. He is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia having appeared in various courts and tribunals. Glenn is experienced with compliance and regulatory corporate advice, commercial drafting, administrative law and appeals, intellectual property, occupational health and safety, liquor and gaming law, debt recovery, defamation and disciplinary proceedings as well as general commercial litigation.
